I ship every weekday using Fedex Home Delivery or Ground for larger packages and USPS First Class or Priority for smaller packages. When I can, I use clean recycled materials.

Orders ship within 3-5 business days of your order. I'll contact you via email in the rare even that there will be an additional delay processing your order.
I do like my vacations at the beach, though! Vacation shipping delays are noted at the top of my home page.

I no longer use FedEx to ship to Alaska or Hawaii; I only use USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
While I try to ship to Alaska or Hawaii as cost-efficiently as possible, orders are subject to additional shipping fees beyond what is shown in your shopping cart. If I receive an order where shipping costs come up far short of what you were charged, I will contact you to inform you of the additional charge necessary. You have the option of being billed for the additional charge or cancelling the order.
I do not ship large custom mirrors to Alaska or Hawaii, sorry :(
R E F U N D S
I want you to love your purchase and be 100% satisfied with it. Please message me within 7 days of receipt to authorize a return. I'll give you a return authorization number and help you with any questions.
Unless damage is involved, returns must be authorized within 7 days of receipt. Returned products must be in resalable condition, in our original packaging, and shipped back to us at the buyers expense.
Clearance items are always final sales.
No Refunds on Custom Orders - Custom orders, by their very definition, are made to your requests and are not returnable. I will work with you to make sure you are happy with what we are creating before I start work on your piece.
D A M A G E
Please notify me of any damage within 7 days of receipt. I will ask you to photograph the damage as that is necessary for me to make a claim with the carrier. Please also take note of the condition of the outer box for damage.
Claims for damages will not be accepted after 7 days from receipt. PLEASE OPEN AND CHECK ALL ITEMS FOR DAMAGE IMMEDIATELY. This includes large custom mirrors.
A word on sea glass / shell adhesion: I have become pretty adept at shipping over the years. I will use plenty of bubble wrap and/or packing peanuts to ensure your piece makes its journey safely to you. However, the shipping process can sometimes dislodge a piece or two of sea glass or a shells, no matter how much bubble wrap I use! This is not "damage". Small repairs can be made with a household glue gun or craft glue E6000, available at any craft or home improvement store.
C U S T O M O R D E R S
I will work with you beforehand in detail to make sure we are "on the same page" with what we are creating before we proceed to payment. Once all of your questions have been addressed and we we are in agreement on all aspects of the design, materials, and timeline, I will send a detailed invoice for payment. Everything will be in writing for you to approve. At that time, I will require full payment via PayPal. You may pay confidentially using any credit card, without needing to have a PayPal account.
I require this prepayment in order to "go ahead" and purchase materials for your order that I would ordinarily not have in stock.
G O O D S T U F F T O K N O W
Sea Glass: I use manufactured recycled sea glass in all my pieces. While I LOVE genuine sea glass, it is much too rare and costly to be used in the quantities I need for my designs.
Shell / Sea Glass Availability: On occasion I may need to substitute shell varieties or sea glass shades due to unavailability. I can guarantee that your purchase will contain all the major design elements pictured, but specific shell types and species cannot be guaranteed because some shells are only available seasonally. I do use stock photographs, but try to duplicate just as closely as possible to the stock photo.
Wholesale: While I do not sell my products in traditional wholesale channels, large orders may be available at quantity discount pricing. Please contact me for a large quantity discount quote.
Drop Shipping: I welcome drop shipping inquiries with online retailers of upscale coastal home decor, however I am pretty choosy. I'm looking for a perfect "fit" with a drop ship site. Please email me at email@example.com with a link to your online store and I will love taking a look at it for a perfect fit. If I feel the fit is there, I will send along a copy of my Drop Shipping Policies for you to take a look at.
